Itinerary

Day 1. (31st December): Arrival at Jaisalmer and Celebration of New year at Sam Sand Dunes 

After your arrival at Jaisalmer, freshen up your hotel and set out for the Sam Sand Dunes. You will be picked up from the hotel and jeep safari will get you transferred to the dunes where you will hop on a camel to the campsite.

After welcoming your arrival in the traditional way, the festivities of the evening will begin with music and cultural shows. Serving delicious snacks, rumbling music and enigmatic dance by the folk artists belonging to the local community of Banjara Tribe will enlighten the evening with its hues. 

The mind-blowing fireworks will begin with the tick of midnight hour and festivities will come to an end after serving the gala dinner. Stay overnight at the luxury tent and stay in the middle of the golden dunes of Sam.  

Day 2. (1st January): Jaisalmer Full Day Sightseeing Tour

Wake up with the most beautiful sunrise view and after an aromatic tea and breakfast check out from the Sam Desert Camp and get transferred to the hotel in Jaisalmer. 

Visit the Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila (Golden Fort), one of the world's largest forts and a UNESCO World Heritage Site under Hill Forts of Rajasthan. Visit the exquisite Jaisalmer havelis that reflect Rajputana architecture-Patwon ki Haveli and

Nathmal ki Haveli. Spend some time at the manufactured Gadsisar Lake, flanked by temples and ghats. Later, visit Vyas Chhatri, a great sunset viewing location for the fort.  

To relieve weariness, return to the hotel and relax in the ultra-luxury amenities. The nighttime Rajasthani cultural performances will undoubtedly make you feel the culture of Rajasthan. Stay at the hotel for the night.

Day 3. (2nd January): Some more of Jaisalmer and Departure 

The morning hours will be reserved for strolling through the local market area and places nearby to explore some more about this enigmatic city. Later, check out and proceed for getting transferred to the scheduled destination as per the itinerary.
